Plan Management

Overview of NDIS Plan Management at WesternCare Enterprise:

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Plan Management refers to the process of managing the funding and services for participants with disabilities under the NDIS in Australia. At WesternCare Enterprise we help participants organize and control their NDIS funding to meet their individual needs and goals. There are three main options for NDIS plan management:

  1. Self-Management: Participants take control of their own funding, choosing and paying service providers directly. They also handle record-keeping and compliance.

  2. Plan Management: A third-party plan manager is hired to help manage the funding, pay service providers, and ensure that the NDIS guidelines are followed. This option provides more support while still offering a level of control to the participant.

  3. NDIA-Managed: The NDIS agency manages the funding, directly paying providers and organizing the services. The participant has less direct control but benefits from simplicity and ease.

Plan managers at WesternCare Enterprise are here to help ensure that participants can focus on their goals and well-being, while experts manage the financial and administrative aspects of the NDIS funding.
